All the buys realized in Best-Detector.com are submitted to the current Spanish legislation and you hold to the conditions that we exhibit you next:

All the prices of the products are with VAT included. The applied taxes will be communicated to you once you should say to us the information of invoicing since these depend on the country
where the buy is carried out, generally countries proceeding from the U.E.

The buys that realize the passive subjects of the VAT (companies, entities, organizations ...) with residence in the Union European and provided with NIF within the EC, they will be exempt
from the payment of the VAT, being an essential condition the mailing of the above mentioned document by means of E-mail or fax.

The buys that there realize natural persons domiciled in the European Union the VAT will be applied to them.

The buys that resident natural or juridical persons realize in extra community countries will be exempt from the payment of the VAT. Orders will not make use in Post-office boxes.

Best-Detector.com will return the quantities received by means of credit, deducting the expense of collection stipulated in the web in a term not superior to thirty days, as soon as the
state of the goods was verified. The procedure to exercise a return comes specified in the paragraph "Mailing and Returns" of the shop that appears in the left top margin of the initial
page. Nevertheless everything exposed previously, there remains excluded the right of waiver and/or resolution in those cases in which, for the proper nature of the goods object of
acquisition, it is impossible to carry out it, without detriment to the corresponding claim of the long-suffering legal damages. The articles sold as opportunities will not be able to
return and in general products under direct order to the manufacturer. The goods must be delivered to our transporter in perfect state, packed in a closed and sealed bundle that covers
